All lumber used here at Beechcraft Products is certified to the ISO 14001 Standard and is in compliance with the procurement provisions of the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) standard. All lumber is produced in the Pacific Northwest and upper Midwest. Doorlites can be made from your choice of West Coast Red Alder, Oak, Poplar, Maple, or Mahogany.
All orders are made by "GLASS SIZE". The cutout in door is always 1" larger than the glass size. Glass sizes shown in catalog are in stock. Special non-stock sizes and types of glass are available upon request. All glass used is tempered and in compliance with Federal Law 16 CFR 1201 and ANZI-Z-97-1. It is the purchaser's responsibility to insure that any doorlite ordered without glass is glazed with certified glazing material.
Door frame mouldings are built to nationally accepted door thickness specification standards. A door with a nominal measurement of 1-3/4" thick is actually 1-11/16" thick. A door with a nominal measurement of 1-3/8" thick is actually 1-5/16" thick. Our frames are built to the actual thickness measurement. Our cutsheet/profile drawings show the actual dimension for door thickness.

Our terms are 1% 10 days; net 30. DISCOUNTS ARE ALLOWED ONLY AS A PROMPT PAYMENT INCENTIVE. Payment of invoice should be for amount shown and discount taken only if paid by the due date; amount of discount to be taken is shown at the bottom left of invoice. NO DISCOUNTS ARE ALLOWED ON INVOICES WHERE THE PRODUCT SOLD IS UNDER $50.00. Unearned discounts taken can result in your account being changed to eliminate all future discounts. PLEASE NOTE: The POSTAGE & HANDLING charge is NOT INCLUDED in the discount amount.
All orders received are automatically confirmed via email. Once orders are confirmed any errors not detected will not be our responsibility.
All orders will be subject to crate charges on their order for each pallet used to package the shipment. Standard size pallets will have a $22.00 crate charge. Custom sized pallets that have a frame size over 66" and less than 79" will be $27.50 and 80" and over will have a $33.00 or higher crate charge applied.
Crate Charges will be determined on an order to order basis depending on the quantity and sizes being ordered.
Prices are F.O.B. Durand. Freight will be prepaid on 700 lbs. or more of stock size items (louvers & doorlites with glass) shown in our catalog in Alder, Oak, and PVC. Stock sizes ordered without glass (open) do not qualify for prepaid freight. All freight not prepaid will go collect and be billed to you direct from our logistics company, Unishippers or ATS Logistics/R.R.Donnelley. Those that do not have an account set up with them will be contacted by them for billing information.
here will be a $12.00 packaging charge on each carton sent via UPS/FEDEX which will be included in the shipping charge on invoice. Larger oversized packages that require extra shipping material will have a $22.00 packaging charge. PVC frames with 1" insulated glass will have a $15.00 charge.
Any quantity or size may be ordered. No broken carton charges.
PLEASE NOTE: We have a $22.00 minimum charge plus the shipping and handling fee.
All orders are made to order and once production has been started cannot be cancelled. Production may be started on an order the same day it is received or soon after depending on workload. Returns are not accepted.
We now accept credit card payments for UPS or FEDEX Ground shipments. However, there will be a 4% convenience fee added to the total dollar amount.
These accounts will be placed on "HOLD STATUS" and no further orders will be processed until account is made current. Account may also be on a Check in Advance or C.O.D. status for any future orders. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will now be added to any account over 30 days.
All freight shipments MUST BE INSPECTED for any signs of damage at the time of delivery and while the driver is still there. Beechcraft Products is NOT responsible for claims on shipments where damage is not noted on the delivery receipt. Once freight has been signed for without discrepancies, the customer owns the freight and will have to file any claims with the carrier directly, unless freight was prepaid, in which case Beechcraft will file on your behalf.
PLEASE NOTE; The outcome of any claim is dependant upon your receiving department finding damages and noting it before the delivery driver leaves. This is what proves the damage was not done by your staff after the freight was received.
